Red Bulls-DC United game being played in a snow storm. Should be an interesting one to say the least. When I say snow storm, I really mean a nor'easter because the snow accumulation on the field is already immense.

I've got a feeling this game is going to get postponed. The field is absolutely covered in snow & it's not letting up one bit. Not even remotely playable. Probably going to get postponed shortly.

Game postponed as expected. Good call. This game would've been a disaster if they played tonight & with the stakes this high (tied 1-1 on aggregate), it wouldn't have been fair to either team. Rescheduled for tomorrow night at 7:30pm on NBC Sports Network.

Looks like NBC Sports Network is going to hook America up & show the Houston-KC game. Smooth move.

Game on in Kansas City. Seth Sinovic heads in to cut the aggregate lead to 2-1, Houston. 66th minute. KC have had there foot on the pedal the entire game & were finally rewarded for all of the chances they've created. Great time to score your first goal of the season.

Houston held on for dear life to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals. They face the winner of tomorrows 2nd leg between NY Red Bulls & DC United. Sporting KC were dominant throughout the game creating a lot of chances, but they squandered virtually all of them. The last 30 minutes of the game after the goal were tense for Houston as KC was applying all of the pressure they could muster, but it wasn't enough. Well earned Eastern Conference Semi-final victory for the Dynamo.

Time for some heated Earthquakes-Galaxy action on the left coast. Kickoff is at 11:23pm on ESPN2 for those of you interested at all. San Jose leads 1-0 on aggregate.

Make it a Robbie Keane double. Donovan on the counter with a neat through ball at the top of the box that found Keane, who just tapped 'round the keeper & slotted home on an open net. Great goal. 2-1 Galaxy on aggregate. 36th minute.

That didn't take long. Donovan got lose down the right side & found Mike McGee unmarked in the box, who sent in a powerful shot on the half volley that the keeper could only get a finger on. 3-1 Galaxy. 40th minute. This got real ugly, real quick.

A lifeline for San Jose. Alan Gordon hits in off a free-kick scramble. 3-2 Galaxy on aggregate now. 84th minute. This could get testy real quick.

Frantic finish at the end. Galaxy had numerous one-on-one opportunities to bury the game, but failed to put any of them away leaving San Jose still in it. Wondolowski did an excellent job to set up Ike Opara with a glorious one-on-one with merely a minute left, but he sailed his shot way over the net & that was all she wrote for the Earthquakes.
