Meh- not on any of the Nebraska sites that he's even been officially interviewed. A number of places have him as a candidate for some FBS school positions, and OU is trying to bring him home as well.

Not saying that this isn't true, just that I don't believe his process is that far along.

Ohio State getting Mike Stoops would be fantastic; however (even if we don't get him) we still have Luke Fickell on the staff, i.e. the defensive coordinator position is more than adaquately covered. I'm more interested in getting a great offensive coordinator here.

I must be scanning too fast--I can't find this statement on the wiki page.

You do get some hits if you search "Stoops to Nebraska", but they all seem to lead to posts on various fansite forums...and we all know how unreliable rumors on fan forums are.
