Michigan WR Mario Manningham (official thread)

The point is the weather was no excuse for the amount of passes he dropped. None of our WRs dropped a single pass, IIRC...not one. He dropped three (at least). Now, he may not be a "fraud", but he sure didn't come anywhere near to living up to his billing...
Exactly and now you agree with me. I never said that he was doing good , just that he isn't a fraud as a reciever.

There was no snow but constant cold wet rain which sucked! It was forecast to change to snow which would have made it for us on the sidelines than the rain. With that said...

Mario's been planning to leave after 3 since HS. It is pretty clear he does not mesh with Mallett, after berating the frosh publically. (of course, he goes onto drop nearly everything in The Game  :roll2:)

I think he still leaves, against better judgment. Every underclassmen wr with a pulse left last year (Johnson, Ginn, Rice, Jarrett, etc), clearing the way for this year's WRs to go earlier. Then again, Holmes was the only 1st rounder in his draft.
I have been looking at this thread, and what he said wasn't posted. Could someone please post what was said? Thanks.

I think jwins is referring to a rather heated (on MM's part) sideline exchange during the Wisconsin game. Venting some frustration, it appeared that MM was more than a little upset with Mallett's inability to get him the ball consistently.
