Lets not forget that youbouty was not always covering Edwards, Fox got burned on several long balls, which to me was very suprising.

I would be interested in comparisons vs 2002. I was at that one and not this one. That one was incredibly loud.

It ain't easy, bein' cheesy.
The team was so pumped up and ready to play, I don't think anybody was going to beat them yesterday. Coach Tressel had these guys focused and fired up- this is the best they've looked all year. Man, this has me chomping at the bit for next season already.
I was saying this to scUM fans at work all week, and I think Mili brought it up in another thread- the Buckeyes had nothing to lose in this game and a lot to prove, and the weasels had everything to lose. Our guys knew they could go out on top after a tough year with a win here, and they played like they wanted it harder than any OSU team I've seen in a while (except for the Champ team).
That was Buckeye football. Big props to Tressel and the coaches for getting the guys ready and, of course, to the team for giving it 110%.

Davie and Danielson are by far the most knowledgable and objective announcers out there. They both call a game in such a way that A) you learn something from watching and B) you get insight into just how much the coaches know that we don't.
Now, if Davie could just learn to pronounce players names correctly......

At 10:30 this morning my girlfriend called me on the phone...I tried talking and nothing came out. I have absolutely no voice left after screaming my head off all day yesterday. I am a little proud of this...

No doubt...she thought it was pretty funny that I sound like a teenager going through puberty.
The only thing that sucked yesterday was the cops taking cups out of peoples hands and dumping them. The tailgate I was at on the roof of the Tuttle garage was hit hard by the fuzz. Several people were escorted to the ground floor and given tickets. Luckily, my cup survived many times because I had my frosty goodness in a Tim Horton's cup instead of a red plastic cup like most everyone else. I'm so crafty...

and now for the bad news....

1. we have to put up with Ginn for another 3 years.
2. we have to put up with Troy Smith for another 3 years as well...and God help our Wolverines, cuz they can't stop a running QB to save their lives.
3. no corners next year...and since we're bent on NOT rushing the QB...we're going to lose against OSU AT the Big House next year.

Well remember Fox has been hurt. Groin I think? It's possible that he only played because it was his final shot at scUM.......I did think he looked slow out there all day. Youbouty had an awesome game. Everytime they threw to BE, he was on him, and had real tight coverage.
