Michigan 14, Penn State 9 (final)

Ballgame. PSU is not a top-25 team, let alone top-10. Shitbags. Another chokejob on Paterno's late career resume.

Meh, let's see if scUM sneaks back into the top 25. No surprise there, I figured scUM would win, JoePa chokes whenever they play missagain. So let's see what happens.

If this puts scUM in the Top-25, well....let's just say they better not get into the top-25 at 2-2 after that ugly ass game.

I actually pulled for scUM in this game. PSU fans have been so annoying this year that they needed to be humbled.

Get ready for idiotic scUM fans to be coming out of the woodwork...

Michigan just beat Penn State who I believe is better than Ohio State with a FRESHMAN QUARTERBACK.It would be just like Lloyd to win the B10 I both love and hate that man at the same time. Give me 22 Mike Harts and I would never lose a single game.

Yep. He thinks PSU is better than us.

Well the only thing I learned from watching this game is that if OSU takes care of itself, does what we are supposed to do, and don't get caught up in the big game atmosphere of PU, PSU, UW, and UM we will win the conference easily. WOW, PSU sucks.

All I gleaned from this game was that both teams are just that bad.

Wow.

I tried to go with my head and picked PSU :!...always listen to your gut.

Let the tsun fans start talking and get all hyped back up, it will make The Game all the more sweet.

Yike! That was u-g-l-y!
Now, we know that State Penn Has no running back and a QB that will never get better. He (Morelli) has hit his ceiling.
We go in to the Beav and not turn it over, we win going away.

LMAO apparently when Michigan fans climbed under that rock they didn't bother to see what Ohio State had been doing.. Then again, why would they want to see how well their rival is doing?! What an idiot! Give them 1 ounce of confidence and they're back to their arrogant selves! Then when OSU beats them they will say LOOK AT THE HISTORY! Michigan destroys OSU with that! :shake:

I dunno. I still think it's too hard to tell just exactly how many games Michigan should expect to win this year. Notre Dame is futzing everything up and now it's hard to gauge just how good is a team that's scored the requisite 30-odd points on them. UVA just beat Georgia Tech today, whose only D-IA win is Notre Dame, and so the same problem exists.

I'll say this: This does signify that Michigan is "back", at least in a sense. After Oregon, everyone was wondering if Michigan could beat anyone at all. Now that that question has been answered, and it seems likely that Michigan will also win next week (N'western) and the week after (EMU), I'd say that you have to at least not sleep on the Wolverines. Which is still a far cry from what we're used to, but it's better than things looked after Oregon.

True, but I still think they lose to Illinois, MSU, UW, and tOSU. I think Indiana could give them a game too but luckily, they're not on the schedule this year.
