Miami Dolphins (Official Thread)

If Flores' claims are true, I think the NFL will have to at minimum penalize the Dolphins in a big way. An owner paying a coach to lose is contrary to the spirit and undermines the integrity of the game. The league cannot allow that to happen without some significant punishment. Considering the owners ultimately are the ones who pull the strings, I am doubting the league will force a sale.
I hope they force him to sell the team.

I think they'll force him to sell if there is proof of paying for losses. But without evidence, I agree with you. I feel like Flores has some decent evidence if he's willing to throw his career away for it.

That being said, just based on the raw statistics alone - he has an excellent case. But if he has actual evidence of pay-for-tank.. this story is going to get crazy. The NFL will do everything it can to protect its own though.
