i'll give him a pass on this one due to NIL explosion. If he's a recruiter and hands on coach for corners he's a great fit. If they give him any mor responsibilities than that, it's not a good fit under this staff, in my opinion.
That is an option also. I am ok with whatever they decide to do as long as changes are made.
At minimum, Washington should be gone.

You only have 30+ years of work (and some of that in management) experience? Come back and talk to me when you surpass 4 decades in management experience. Then you'll at least be close. You're taking your general observations and applying them to a unique case. Might your observations be correct? Quite possibly. Do you have enough knowledge of this particular situation to make unequivocal assumptions? As Al used to say to The Tool Man, "I don't think so, Tim."
Whoever else doesn’t realize that what’s been happening is not acceptable. Now whether it’s scheme, personnel, teaching technique, that’s to be determined by Knowles. Not to be over dramatic, but this is Day's defining hire.
Oh kiss my ass. That’s 30+ years of management and close to 45 working. I’ve got a masters in management and been a CTO amongst other senior leadership positions. I’ve dealt with many reorganizations and personnel issues in my days.
The only thing about that is it might take more than a year to mesh them all together and become their best version. We need a "best version" this year before NIL fucks the world up even more.
