Marvel Cinematic Universe

Third times a charm. After loathing the way his roles as Apocalypse and Poe Dameron came out in the final cuts on screen, Oscar Isaac (and Ethan Hawke) seem genuinely thrilled with Moon Knight. He is such a great actor, I hope this series does his acting chops justice.

To be honest if Apocalypse was part of the MCU in 5-10 years and he reprised the roll I bet it would turn out ok. Fox did a pretty good job of screwing up everything Marvel at the end. It isn't like they didn't have talented casts in Fantastic 4 and those later X-Men movies. Star Wars biggest problem is they didn't have a Kevin Feige to oversee the story in the movies. At least Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have that role on the Disney+ side.

Morbius is not a very good movie, and I’ll at least say I enjoy almost any movie you put on the screen.

Maybe it will suck bad enough to get Sony to turn over the Spider-Verse to Kevin Feige. After No Way Home I think there was room to have a good version of the Spider-Verse, but not with Sony in charge of it. Of all the cinematic universes out there only one man has figured out how to do it well. Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have potential to do it in the Mando-Verse, but that seems to be strictly Disney+ territory.

I almost wonder if they timed up the Moon Knight release with Morbius just to stick it to Sony. More people care about our show than your stupid movie.

Heading to see the new Thor. It at least needs to be better than the atrocious Ms. Marvel and boring ass Moon Knight. They already put out a shitty movie of one of my favorite characters with the last Dr. Strange AKA Scarlet Witch Multiverse.

Superhero/MCU fatigue? It isn't a thing.
