No doubt...I called you out due to your initial shady posts. Mili and I had the same line of thought...I assumed that Mack Brown was told Sanchez was going to UT. If I am wrong about you and Sanchez commits to OSU, you will get a personal apology thread from me.

its fascinating to read every page of this thread in one sitting.seriously, if ur ever really boared i suggest you do it and watch the mood of the thread change from disinterested, to optimistic, to sceptical, to optimistic again, then it gets a lil pissy, and now its optimistic again. hopefully there is a happy ending!!

KSB, the buckeyes that do venture over to wearesc will find a very hostile bunch of Trojans. It's just been brutal over there with the lsu and sooner posters. The bitter feelings from February will only make it worse.

But I am trying to remain optimistic that Chow can reel in Sanchez.

Hopefully, you won't interpret this a sour grapes statement, as I left a similar post on BN recruiting forum regarding this entire matter.

USC never recruited Bemoll and Williams. Ever. Bemoll expressed at the beginning of the recruiting period that he had been a "Trojan all his life", and eventually stated his intentions of moving out of state. Williams was never on the USC radar.

This by no means implies that these two aren't exceptional football players, only that, for whatever reason, we never had any interest in them.

The only DE offered by USC is Averell Spicer and the only OLs are Monroe (UVA), Richardson, Doering, Howell and Barney, as of now.

Sanchez is a different matter all together as he is the #1 drop-back QB in the nation, and we pursued him effectively. If he elects to go to Columbus, everybody else at WeAreSc will be disappointed. However, with Leinart, Booty and a phenomenal dual-threat QB like Rocky Hinds on the roster, we won't jump off the Santa Monica Pier any time soon.

I remain "guardedly" optimistic, despite USCguru's claim, but if Mark does elect to join the buckeyes, he would play for an excellent coach, a storied program and I certainly will wish him a very successful and healthy career in scarlet and gray.

Posters like USCemper are what make boards like these fun. Their not here to flame, just add good information and conversation to what is a free board. I for one feel it makes conversations more interesting and thorough to get the other sides opinion. Keep it up USCemper. Though I have not been to the other side, I would like to go to someone else's board and try to be insightful and informative. It is a timing thing however, and soon the time might not be right.

USCemper, you are a good sport. I hope we (OSU posters) can be as gracious when we go to other sites. Your posts are very informative as well, thanks. I am sure we will play USC soon, perhaps for the Rose Bowl, or perhaps for the NC, or maybe both. I look forward to that game...even though USC usually have the home field advantage ;-( Keep up the good work and have a great season. Go Bucks.

i have been posting at OUinsider, wearesc, canestiem (banned?!?!?), lionnews and so on for years now and always make diplomatic and relevant posts. the end result is that i have a pretty good reputation "abroad" but i garuntee for every good reply i get i find some ass hole w/ a MoC, Katzenmoyer, etc.. joke, which they of course think is sooo original. Point being, be polite, only post when u are relevant and take the good w/ the bad.

If true, then great work by Tressel and company. Wonder if that would reduce the number of BN threads regarding "Tressel can't get the big time QB"

These threads are getting me nervous...too may recruiting nightmares for my Buckeyes last year to feel good about this! My heart is in my throat...can't breathe!

If Matt and Kevin both commit...I will promptly throw back my legs and pollute my britches with delight. :biggrin:

somebody forgot to tell a few idiots from BSB (Jethro) and others I didn't recognize. I have seen them everywhere. I do know you are being sarcastic but it is so freaking embarrassing.

I am still incredibly sceptical of this news... although if it is true I too will offer quite a large apologie to guru, and give him back the rep points i had previously taken away and then some.. if not.. well i already said my two cents about that.

I don't recall seeing USCguru say where he's located, but at least I know why he may have insight about Sanchez and Texas...he's on RoadRunner in Austin, Texas (his IP resolves to cs6625172-195.austin.rr.com).
