Marcus Lattimore (official thread)

That's great news. I thought last night's rumor was a bit excessive - all tendons torn AND a broken femur. Even for what we saw, that seemed a bit over the top. That said, I was expecting more than one thing to be torn, and to hear it's "only" a dislocation is amazing.

I hope he makes it back as a player, but more than that I hope he does whatever is best for his future health and well-being. Playing football is overrated. Being able to walk without pain as a middle-aged man is very underrated.

The tough thing about what happened to Marcus Lattimore is that this happened to Marcus Lattimore.

Poor guy isn't going to be able to walk by the time he gets to be 40 years old.

That being said, he's blessed that there wasn't any arterial damage. That could have cost him more than a career. Could have cost him his leg.
