Judging from this awful story, it sounds like a drug test is the last thing anyone needs to identify a user.

I'm not picking on you guys for finding humor in it, but I just can't. The part of this story that won't leave me is that a child had a beloved pet slaughtered by an idiot, doped-up neighbor. It's lucky the loony didn't get hold of the little boy instead of the pet goat. I rather doubt it would have made any difference to him one way or the other. He needs to be put away for a long, long time, lest he act out another sick fantasy on some innocent family.
