ND's best QB prospects are a true freshman and a RS freshman.

If one of them establishes success this year, I don't see Malik heading to SB.

This is about early opportunity. There is no opportunity in Columbus for at least two years.

Best of luck to MZ w/the Domers. I know it's about cementing a seat, but the way things have been going with these early commitments, I wouldn't be surprised if the trend in changing schools continues to pick up as the recruiting seasons go on. I think the only way MZ switches before it's all said and done would be if tOSU is the one offering. Early PT or not, he knew about Braxton all along when he was saying Ohio State lead for him. Either way, I think we can all agree that no matter from which state, if we've got a better prospect (Barrett) likely in the fold, it's all good and thou shall trust in thy Urban.

Was in the box Friday as Malik put one over on my Fairmont Firebirds. He was a man among boys. Just so smooth. It really seemed like he was gliding past everyone, and only running at 50% while doing it. Fairmont isn't loaded with studs, but it was scary how good he looked. For the most part, his passing was strong and accruate. Threw for ~250, ran for ~175. Kid is going to do a lot of good things for ND, as long as he keeps his head on straight.
