I don't like ND one bit... but that was just him talking his team up when asked a question. Being positive about his own team.
Can't really put it in the same category as Bielema's complaining about how hard the SEC West is and trying to cast aspersions on Ohio State... as if that division wasn't thoroughly exposed in bowl season.

Notre Dame quarterback Malik Zaire is reportedly expected to transfer — and a couple Big Ten teams are possible landing spots.

IrishIllustrated’s Pete Sampson reports that Zaire is meeting with Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly on Wednesday and will be granted a release. He would have one season of eligibility remaining as a graduate transfer.

Sampson reports that Florida, Pitt, Michigan State and Wisconsin are the leading contenders.

Have to transfer to a school that offers a Post Doc degree that isn't offered at your current school. I thought that was the only limitation.
