We lost to Penn St because of a blocked punt and blocked FG, and we've had more guys try to return punts than Spinal Tap has had drummers.

If you're looking for at least one kickoff out of bounds per game though, Urb's your guy.

amongst people who actual know football, this move is despised and petitions have already been started to fire the AD and a president.
