I wonder if the clause in Demond's recent NIL contract is true, that Washington gets to select the price of the buyout and that it is not explicitly stated. I'd think that was the work around by Washington, or at least the attempt to, get him to stay while still having an 'out' to appease the Supreme Court ruling.
