It benefits the upper level program's, the MAC type programs not so much, they are basically just a minor league system for the P4 now.

I do see some guys moving to smaller schools. Finn is going back to the MAC. I’m always intrigued to see some of the schools guys hail from when they do the intros on MNF. You can still get to the league from a smaller school.

I do agree with what you’re saying that for the most part it will benefit the big schools.

(I posted this in the rumor thread but thought it would be good here as well).

Wilson has also officially entered the portal. Ranked as a top 5 guy in the portal currently with a 95 grade.

Dude was the composite ranked 17th overall player in the 2023 class according to 247. (Number 3 edge russher behind Keon Keeley and Adepoju Adebawore).

And judging by what he has done in limited time behind a couple of first rounders at Gerogia he'll be a terror off the edge.
