Look Who's Transferring Now (The Portal)


things I could see:
-big schools pay to stash and call up projects at smaller schools
-hs kids start taking “gap” years to develop more before starting their eligibility clock (they already do but take this way further)
-only the elite of the elite go straight from HS to major college sports.
-the rest find homes at smaller schools and lower levels, ironically enough raising the quality of that product.
-or less and less guys go on to play college sports.

Some or all of that. Likely 9 or 10 things I’m not even thinking of.

It’s a real issue though. No doubt.
