Fwiw firstrow has a pretty good quality stream live. I watched the semi's a few hours ago,and it wasn't bad at all. I can't avoid the net long enough to avoid spoilers. 100m is going to be ridiculous it starts @4:50pm.

Yeah, I was going to throw up a few links before it got started.

ATDHE, firstrow, stream2watch, and some others have all been fine for those without access to NBCsports.com.

I suppose I'll give firstrow a try, since I feel like I'll be in the same boat for this race especially.

It was much better in it's original form when it was literally a race from steeple to steeple and they had to jump over random walls and streams (that is what the obstacles are supposed to represent).
