Ain't missing much. Random athletes wearing chinese made outfits, following behind a flag. Some Jamaican holding an egg. Then David Beckham whipped out his wang and the queen clapped politely.

Phelps almost doesn't qualify for the 400 IM. He just beat out a guy by .07 of a second for 8th place. At the time he didn't realize it, and was in a heat with a bunch of scrubs. He won his heat (barely), and almost missed out on the finals. Lochte also pulled way back at the end and got beat in his heat, but he wasn't flirting with missing the final like Phelps.
