Live NFL 2006 Draft Coverage (official thread)

I believe the first scUM player has just went.

Gabe Watson, DT from scUM has went to the Cardinals, with the 107th overall pick.

Another scUM player goes

Jason Avant, WR from scUM, goes to the Eagles, with the 109th overall pick.

Their draft yield is the same as Indiana's, who has also had 2 players taken in the 4th round so far.

The bears select ANOTHER defensive player... christ.

If I was the coach I would have went....

1.Chad Jackson
2.Leonard Pope
4.Tarna Nande

Just looked over the 4th round pick Jamar Williams.. some projected him as a free agent, I can't believe they went defense and furthmore can't believe they picked him over AJ Nicholson and Tarna Nande. This is going down as one of the worst drafts ever in my mind.

wow, just checked in and am ecstatic that Salley went in the 4th, some were worried he would not be drafted.

Robinson in the the early 4th as a RB seems like a big reach to me.

ESPN can't count. The just had a graphic stating that Salley was the 7th Ohio State player taken in the draft.

Higher level math. 5 first rounders, plus Youboty, Schlegel and Salley makes....

edit - They may mean that Carolina has taken 7 Buckeyes in their franchise's history. It wasn't worded clearly.
