Level of Expectations (Merged)

no he's not. it seems like some people see a few problems and miss out on all of the good things that he did right out there. You woulda thought Troy coughed up teh ball 3 times and threw 2 INTs by his above description. I didn't see a single forced pass ALL DAY. I saw some lack of looking around, but definitely no forcing.

I really only think Smith had three bad plays. His fumble of course, and the two others were the underthrow to Ginn and Gonzo on back to back plays and I think what hurt him on those two plays is that he was standing on the sidelines for about a half hour and he just didnt get them there.

i agree and against michigan state TS played pretty well, ill give him that. i just think he needs to cut down on scrambling unless its obvious yards and he needs to tuck the ball in better. But yeah, against Mich. St, his throwing game was hugely better. But i think i saw somethin that he didnt throw the ball (or they just didnt get any receptions) to anyone other than Ginn and Holmes? I think he did a screen to pittman at the end, but still if you got some talent like Gonzalez at #3 receiver you gotta take advantage of that matchup. And Hall has proven he can make some plays as well.
