Les Miles (grass eater)

Maybe Kiel figures that in the big games, he'd be on the sideline watching another quarterback struggle in same said big game. Maybe he didn't want to end his college career wondering if he could have made the difference in the big game?

Maybe he just likes a red azzed coach, and not one who eats grass.

I guarantee Miles didn't do himself any favors when he chose to leave a senior QB on the sideline while another one struggled in a national championship game against a team he had beaten already once before.

Or, maybe he just didn't want to play for a Meeeechicken man?

I'm not questioning Kiel's reasons for not going to LSU.

hell, I'm as big of an LSU fan as anyone else, and if my son was the #1 high school QB out there, I would make him think long and hard before letting him go to LSU.

In my lifetime, LSU has only produced 1 high draft pick QB.
there are other schools that pump them out like a factory.

a school like Notre Dame has had a few QBs go early in the draft over the last several years.
throw in the value of a degree from ND vs a degree from LSU, and I don't blame the kid one bit.

now of he was a DB, or played D-Line, that would be a different story.
them guys go early on draft day from here.
