Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

nothing against you guys, but why would he want to go back and play for Cleveland after the way the fans have been since he left? Sure, the way he left was [Mark May]ty and stupid, but most of them aren't over it and still constantly spew vitriol towards him. Why would he want to go back to them?

Because he's a barely literate man-child with a room temperature IQ?

I'm from NE Ohio and have yet to meet a Cavs fan that wants him back. Maybe its the PTSD that comes with being a Cleveland sports fan, but I don't want him back either. It would be tainted, if that makes sense.

I understand that he's the best player on the planet and him coming back to my team gives them a great shot to win it all, but, I can't explain it. My sports hate for him runs so deep that I couldn't see myself ever welcoming him back after the way he first quit on the Cavs in the playoffs and then abandoned them.

Can't wait to see how he handles tonight. He made it quite clear that he's not comfortable being "the man" in big games. If only 1/3 of the big 3 show up tonight the Heat will have some splaining to do!!

Because some fans are quite moronic and would actually accept him back.

More importantly - he could give a [Mark May] less about the fans, his best chance at a title is his most important concern.

Truthfully I would have a hard time continuing to hate the guy if he won the Cavs a title. Luckily for me I don't see him coming back even though his posse is going to push hard for Cleveland. The Cavs will be the perfect destination for a top of the line SF assuming they draft Noel. With so many high draft picks the Cavs will be in cap hell in a few years if they do bring in a max guy.

This next game is the first time Lebron has really felt pressure with the Heat so I'm anxiously awaiting the choke. Which body part is going to get a twitter account this time?

I don't think I've rooted for a team more than the Pacers tonight going all the back to '04 when the Pistons won the NBA Champsionship. I pray that LeBron chokes on a fat dick, puts up less than 10 points, fouls out, goes home with Birdman, wakes up on a street corner in the worst part of South Beach, and somehow manages to ruin his NBA career in one fell swoop. A man can dream, right?

75% of this post is considered a typical night out on the town for Gloria James.

Has anyone considered that Lebron's "legacy" may be completely shattered if he moves teams AGAIN in the next 5 years? To me, his legacy was toast when he joined forces with Diane and Boshtrich, but if he moves again, everyone else may see it. Jordan, Magic, Russell, Bird, Kobe etc. etc. were all able to do it with one team. Even some of the greatest legends that did go to a different team limited to only two teams in their career until their last couple years. If Lebron opts out next year, he'll have been with 3 teams in this first 11(?) years in the league, with 1-3 titles to show because he joined two other all-stars. Chump. At this point in Lebron's career, Jordan was "retired" after winning his first 3 peat.

I feel dirty for even thinking about it but...go Spurs.* :sick1:

*Had family that lived in Dallas for several years, so I kind of started to like the Mavericks. Plus there's Mark Cuban, whose antics are always good for a laugh or two.

Jordan was 28 when he won his first title I think. LeBron is 28 now.

Now, I don't in any way think that LeBron is any sort od heir to Jordan, but in terms of where they are career wise it seems a push to me.
