Lebron James (Los Angeles Lakers)

It would be LaBronze. His numbers will be much better. Though, I think those rings will be somewhat tarnished. Most people won't look at rings won by bought teams the same as they do great teams like the '90s Bulls, '80s Celtics/Lakers, etc...

Ya, it'll be ineteresting to see what kind of numbers he puts up in Miami though. His MVP numbers are going to disappear. No way he averages more than 25-26 a game, rebounds will go down, assists may stay in the same area, etc...

I'd be willing to bet his stat-line closely resembles Scottie Pippen's prime years this season...probably slightly better. LOL...give up the opportunity to win championships in your home city and go down as the GOAT, to become Scottie Pippen in another superstars city. Its laughable and it doesn't even make sense.

As an FYI, I read a brief description from a psychiartrist that mentioned LeBron is trying to recapture his youth by teaming up with best friends...maybe it's more of a mental thing for him. He'd rather be a part of something rather than be the man. Either way, it's weird to have such a huge ego to have an hour show revolved around your decesion, only to say you're going to become Mrs. Wade.

Actually, I bet he still has off-the-chart numbers. The Heat only have 3 legitimate guys that can go off for double figures every night. And they are a team that will score 100+, so those numbers have to come from somewhere other than DWade and Bosh. His assist numbers should go up. And so should his rebounding, because the Heat don't really have a center (with all apologies to the Z - who I love, but is still well past his prime).

EDIT: The Pippen comparisons aren't really accurate. There's a reason Mrs. Wade has received so much more attention than DWade over the years and throughout free agency - its because he is, in fact, a better player. The line will be blurred at times this season because Wade is a far superior leader and will be the one to take the last shot during games, but Bitchmade will still have astronomical numbers.

Eh...I agree LeBron has been the better player, but the ball has to be spread around in Miami. Wade and Bosh will both want their shots. And I disagree about the other 2 spots on the floor. Mario Chalmers can score and is far from a siff, and whether it's Z, Udonis Hasln, or Joel Anthony, all of those guys bring something to the floor. The myth that 3 max deal players will wipe out any room for other players is silly when guys are willing to take less money for opportunities to win and outside endoresements in big cities. Hell, even Mike Miller will want his shots coming off the bench. I guess in my mind, there's a reason Scottie Pippen had an MVP season without MJ, and it's surprising to me MJ didn't have more in his career but he was also playing next to Pippen.

But Wade is a solid rebounder and Bosh has averaged close to 10 for his career. Throw in a mix of Haslem and Anthony, and you have a lot of rebounding on the court. Also Miami hasn't been an ip-temp team since Pat Riley joined the franchise. I'm sure they'll look to increase the tempo a bit with #6 and Bosh now in the fold, but it doesn't seem to be in their DNA. In my opinion, they'll focus on playing hard defense and assume their talent level is enough to break teams down offensively in a lot of half-court sets and pick and roll with Bosh. I have no doubt Miami will win several championships, but I'd be VERY surprised to see LeBron win any more MVP titles next to Bosh and Wade. And I don't think he'll ever top his PPG average in Cleveland...in fact the stat he might increase is Assits per game, but I even doubt that. The offense won't be predicated on letting LeBron touch it every possesion and watching him operate.

What would Miami be like if one of them got hurt for an extensive perios of time.... would they still be good with Bosh and Lebria or wade and Lebia???

I think they need all 3 to have a shot at winning it all. They have done a better job adding bench players than I thought they would, but beyond the three they will have the worst roster in the NBA.

I'd say so...they've got a good bench now and you're still looking at 2 of the top 8 players in the league no matter how you slice it.

It's not too shabby when you can bring Mike Miller in as your 6th man at the 2 or 3. Hypothetically #6 chips a nail...Wade, Miller, and Bosh is a hell of a nucleus too. And they still have a respectable bench...

Still lacking in size and ball-handling, but they are stacked everywhere else. So I would have to agree, as much as it pains me to admit. But the Heat are easily the frontrunners right now - which is a good thing for Bitchmade, since he knows all about being a frontrunner.

thinking aloud here.....if the bulls hadn't won the lottery for derrick rose, would these 3 be playing in Chicago now?

You don't get to ask that since no one answered my question about what would have happened if Detroit had drafted Bosh instead of screwing the pooch and drafting Darko in 2003. I think Miami and the lack of income tax in Florida helped sell the Heat. I don't think Chicago is as good of a destination. I'm pretty sure one of the 3 had to already be at the location for this deal to go down.

Well Wade is obviously from Chicago.....and since he's apparently the driving force behind it, it makes me wonder. Obviously with a big contract already there, it couldn't happen.

I can say that one thing I gained from this whole fiasco is a healthy respect for Derrick Rose. Dude refused to bow down and lick the queen's nuts and for that he deserves muchos kudos.

At least somebody still wants to compete (as long as we're not having an ACT-taking contest).

Rose wasn't the problem. He makes around the same as Beasley, who was on the Heat roster when all three agreed to sign with the Heat. It is the rest of the dead weight on the Bulls roster that prevented the deal. If the Bulls could have gotten rid of every contract besides Rose and Noah I bet they would have had a better chance at getting it done (Assuming your cheap ass owner would go for it). The only thing Miami is missing is a PG and that's the main cog that the Bulls have. A lineup of Rose, Wade, Queen, Bosh, and Bizzaro would be horrible for any other basketball team in the world.
