Heard on another site that Tressel said he peeked in the weightroom this morning at 6am and there were 3 people there in a group. Homan, Laurinaitis and Hawk.

Good article on Homan's decision to enroll early. Mentions that he is rehabbing both shoulders due to injuries this season, but expects to be 100% soon.

It's funny, there were rumors back home about Ross losing his scholly because he didn't pass a physical.

I got a kick out of it. He'll be fine by the time spring ball starts. Can't wait to see him in the spring game.

Would they really do this type of thing. Not talking about Ross, but if a Student Athlete failed a physical would they pull the scholly.

He will not only dress but he will play. Same with Coleman, Wells, and Grant.

Spring game: April 22.

Touted as a possible preseason No. 1 for 2006, the Buckeyes have major rebuilding to do on defense. Coach Jim Tressel must find replacements for the entire back seven, including a group of linebackers that ranks among the best in school history. LB Marcus Freeman will be expected to step into one starting spot and blue-chip recruit Ross Homan is already on campus and will get a chance to contribute immediately.

Talked to Ross' father yesterday, he should be getting his number soon.

He originally wanted #6 or #9, it appears now he will be wearing either #6 or #51.
