Couldn't agree more. I've been pronouncing it wrong all along and have been practicing the correct pronunciation. At least J.T. Tuimoloau's name is pronounced somewhat similar to how it's spelled. Not so for PG.
JT it is!But his name is not J.T. Tuimoloau. It is just Jaylahn Tuimoloau. His teammates called him JT because that is easier to say. But the outsiders thought JT is his first and middle name...hence JT Tuimoloau. I sat next to his family at the game; that’s how I learned that.
Our kicker this year. How many other guys have actually played before getting their stripe removed?
Without targeting..I only have one request. Stop the run please. Just stop the run. When in doubt hit someone as hard as humanly possible and change the attitude on this defense
I saw him on the field for 1 play against Tulsa and he got a 3rd down stop for no gain to force a FG. Hopefully he can get on the field more.
And he made a big tackle for loss to stop their first drive if I remember right. So he makes a play then never gets in again.Yeah, 1 play was it.
LINEBACKERS
Cody Simon: 68
Tommy Eichenberg: 53
K’Vaughan Pope: 24
Steele Chambers: 17
Dallas Gant: 1
Palaie Gaoteote: 1
Cade Kacherski: Special teams only
Gaoteote, who has played exclusively as a Sam linebacker in three-linebacker packages in his first two games as a Buckeye, played just one snap as the Buckeyes rarely had three linebackers on the field against Tulsa (though he made that snap count by making a 3rd-and-1 run stop).
