Actually it does since the "G" in his name is pronounced as an "N".Is the N silent because that makes no sense.

Couldn't agree more. I've been pronouncing it wrong all along and have been practicing the correct pronunciation. At least J.T. Tuimoloau's name is pronounced somewhat similar to how it's spelled. Not so for PG.White folks are notorious for messing up Polynesian name pronunciations.
