It was never about "grades." His grades were just fine, and they were transferring from a great university. My understanding is that one class at USC didn't have an Ohio State equivalent, so it couldn't cleanly transfer (i.e. it wasn't physics 101 to physics 101). Stupid ruling. Correctly changed. Looking forward to this young man kicking all kinds of ass because LB has long been the weakest room on D. Hope he helps turn that around.

This is some awesome Friday news indeed, so glad the NCAA for once did the right thing, albeit with some serious prodding in the right direction from two major programs. While this likely improves our defense some, I'm really just happy for PG to play...our LB unit is going to be solid either way imo, but he deserves to play given all the other players that got their transfer approved so fast.

Good and quite frankly that was stupid. If they could "fix" this isn a day they could have fixed this before game one but I guess at least they finally got it right and also what was the point of denying it yesterday if all it took was one day to fix it.
