I've said it and I will say it again, as much as I love Hilliard and any other LB that may come aboard (Baker/Jefferson/SKL), I honestly think Conner will be the best of the bunch when all is said and done. But he will do it in Columbus wearing Scarlet and Gray. UK football? Well, peddle in mediocrity and lie to your recruits about the future of your program in the meantime.

Just got a chance to watch the video and he confirmed he will start out at MIKE, plus that he should be fully recovered soon and ready to go. Nice to see him get an early start, could get some PT on special teams and maybe be in the mix to be the guy behind Raekwon.

The game certainly didn't seem too big for him today. I could see him in the rotation behind McMillan by the time conference games start.
