LB Joshua Perry (National Champion, BTN CFB Analyst)

A 6-5 250lb kid that is a good running back, and will play linebacker? Color me impressed.
If Perry is 6-5 250, then looking at that picture, Coach Fick is 6-7 275 right? Seriously, I think Perry is about 6-3 230 and would make a great TE in Urban's offense. Look at what he did with Hernendez!

Luke is 6-5. At least he was billed that way in HS wrestling.

He's gonna be good here. I'd personally like to see him at TE.
I'd really like some more opinions on where to use this guy. Tough call because we are pretty thin at LB but I keep thinking TE because of what I have read about how UFM has used the TE position in the past. This kid is a freak of an athlete with his experience in various track events, etc. and it's obvious to me that his upside is so big that getting him into the right position early seems very important. I know - trust the coaches - but I'd like to know the BP community thoughts. With all the big names recently added it is easy to let a guy like this slip under the radar but his shear athleticism makes me think he could be one of the top recruits when we look back in a few years. Go Bucks!!

In full disclosure, I just didn't see it when we offered him. I've never eaten crow so much. After that senior film, he has gotta be a top 100 guy nationally. I'm that impressed.

I had watched some highlights on YouTube, and, today, I realized they were from his sophomore season. This video was great. Happy to have him! :osu:

Yep did a youtube search before I looked thru the forums here Realized after that this kid is a sleeping giant. He is going to turn out to be a huge get for us in my opinion.:osu:

kind of reminds me of a mangold type in terms of recruits. slightly under the radar, ends up being the corner stone. yea its wishful thinking but out of all the 3-4 star recruits that end up being pro-bowlers i think Perry has the best chance out of this class.

I'm hoping for all-B1G first.
