Westerville Central 20, Olentangy 7

Olentangy cut its deficit to 20-7 with 5:11 left in the first half with a 4-yard touchdown run by running back Joshua Perry.

Perry, an Ohio State recruit, had only five carries for 17 yards and left the game midway through the second quarter because of illness.

"He was throwing up at school and he tried to play, but he was just too sick," Terwilliger said.

Scout $ - Perry More Than A Football Player

11/1

By Wasserman...3.8 GPA and 26 ACT...described as a combination of grades, character and potential...The Bank thinks he could win a slam dunk competition and he also long jumps 23 feet...his coach talks about how he has improved each year.

If you're not fired up about this kid you need to think about getting fired up about this kid...

Brainiac and a freak of an athlete. Might be the a bigger defensive version of Devon Smith. Go Bucks

I don't know much about long jumping, but 23 feet sounds really freaking far.

Josh was at a couple of meets I ran in last year. One of my best friends jumped along side him and he mentioned that Josh didn't really even use much form, just that he was incredibly athletic. So that number is just a pure measure of Josh's athleticism too, it could be much better if he refined his form.

FWIW, Devin Smith won states last year with a jump of 24 ft 7 in.
