Gotta think with the DePreist saga that the staff will come after Crowell pretty hard. Unless they only want Price....

CROWELL IS STILL THINKING OSU
By Lee Hudnell at 12:05 PM
WALDORF, Md. ? Ohio State has yet to land a linebacker for the 2011 class, and with Trey DePriest's (Springfield) announcement on Friday that he would be playing at Alabama, the Buckeyes are in serious need of filling the position.
Sure, the Buckeyes are definitely healthy at linebacker for the future with young talent like Storm Klein, Dorian Bell, Andrew Sweat and Scott McVey all waiting in the wings. But let's face it, Ohio State is a linebacker school and when they are unable to land a top notch backer in any class, it begins to make the natives a little restless.
Well, they still have hope for the 2011 class with prospects like Pennsylvania stars Ejuan Price (Woodland Hills/Pittsburgh) and Michael Caputo (West Allegheny/Imperial) still very much in the mix.
It doesn't end in Pa.
Another linebacker prospect ? and perhaps the most versatile of the class ? is Maryland-native Conner Crowell (North Point/Waldorf).

Penn State, Ohio State, UNC top All-Met LB's list
All-Met linebacker Conner Crowell of North Point said he is planning official campus visits to Penn State, Ohio State and North Carolina, "but I'm still looking for two more."
Crowell has been one of the Washington area's most heavily recruited rising seniors, with plenty of scholarship offers.
He has set his visit to Ohio State to see the Buckeyes play Miami on Sept. 11.
Some athletes restrict their social media use to friends, ignoring requests to follow them from strangers who are fans of various schools. Others might post about what schools or events they are going to - thus reducing the phone calls from recruiting Web sites and media outlets - and trade messages with fans.
"It's nice to see the fans want me to come to their school, but I'm not really affected by that," said North Point All-Met linebacker Conner Crowell, who is planning official campus visits to Ohio State, Penn State and North Carolina this fall. Crowell keeps fans updated on his recruitment via Facebook; he does not tweet.

North Point rising senior Connor Crowell was one of 64 skilled position players from across the country who was represented in the 2010 Champion Gridiron Kings 7-on-7 football tournament in Orlando, Fla., on July 24 and 25.
The summer continues for many area children with fun in the pool or enjoying the sunny weather in many other ways. For North Point rising senior Conner Crowell there is hardly time to rest.
Crowell was one of 64 skilled position players from across the country who was represented in the 2010 Champion Gridiron Kings 7-on-7 football tournament, hosted by ESPN RISE at the Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla., on July 24 and 25.
The Champion Gridiron Kings event was televised on ESPNU last Wednesday.
Crowell has major Division I offers from Maryland, Duke, West Virginia, Connecticut, Rutgers, North Carolina, Stanford, Louisville, Kansas State, Hawaii, Penn State and Ohio State.
"These are the best players in the nation and I was able to hold my ground with them," said Crowell, who had 100 tackles and four interceptions last fall with the Eagles. "If I can hold myself versus this level of competition then I'm pretty confident that I can go against anybody going into this season. I want us to win a state championship."
I don't really think the recruits put too much emphasis on the winning part. However, whether or not the team wins can impact the post game atmosphere.FerrariEnzo;1744509; said:So it looks like Ohio State and Penn State are firmly in his mind... depth chart looks good for us, atmosphere will blow him away and winning will seal the deal.
