I'm sorry, have I missed where it showed how many bench press reps he got?
I'm sorry, have I missed a post where you didn't ask questions without searching in the post? (kudla, hawk, etc) it's a whole two pages back, or even easier to find using the search this thread option. It's one thing to miss something that is 10 pages back once in a while, it's another thing to just be lazy (ie not reading the article on the kudla page right before your post).

Teddy doesn't read the threads, he only asks questions. :shake:

Friggin' Browns...winning those meaningless late season games. If I have ever wanted somebody in a Cleveland uniform, it's A.J. That is somebody you build a defense around. I have a few friends here that are Packer fans, and they all agree that GB would be fools to pass up A.J.

Hawk swoops in for biggest tackle

Linebacker celebrates engagement by helping to draw record turnout at autograph session

By Marla Ridenour

Beacon Journal sportswriter

CLEVELAND - Laura Quinn has nothing on 73-year-old Nancy Evans of Orrville.
Both have kissed A.J. Hawk in the past 24 hours.
Ohio State's All-American linebacker got engaged to Quinn, sister of Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn, Friday morning. Armed with a diamond ring of at least two carats, Hawk drove Quinn down to the Olentangy River and popped the question.
``I thought we were going to my parents' house,'' said Quinn, a Dublin native.
Evans also had stars in her eyes thanks to Hawk. She might have been the happiest Buckeye fan last night at the Cleveland Auto Show.
``I said, `Lean over here so I can kiss you' and he did,'' Evans said, beaming.
An autograph signing by OSU linebackers Hawk, Bobby Carpenter and Anthony Schlegel at the I-X Center drew the show's biggest turnout ever, according to event president Gary Adams. When the three draft prospects were whisked away just after 8 p.m., Adams estimated about 2,000 people had received signatures and 1,000 remained in line. The last allowed through, a college-aged girl, was crying when at first she was deemed the cutoff point.
``It's hard, real hard,'' Hawk said of disappointing so many. ``You feel bad. But we have a two-hour drive home.''
One woman who made it through at 7:15 p.m. said she'd waited three hours.
Ten area members of the OSU alumni band, including one from Sandusky, agreed on Thursday to play for the stars, considered perhaps the best linebacking corps in school history.
``This goes to show how many people support and love the Buckeyes. You can't find this somewhere else,'' Schlegel said.
Rick Lindenberger traveled two hours from Toledo with his wife Diane and son, Benjamin. Benjamin wore an OSU jersey with Hawk's No. 47 and had ``Hawk Jr.'' printed on the back.
``He just turned 1 and we refused to get his hair cut until he met A.J.,'' said an upset Rick Lindenberger, who was at least 500 people away at the end.
``I don't know, maybe we can hold off. (Hawk's) supposed to come to Findlay in April,'' Diane Lindenberger said.
First in line were Greg Dawson of New Bremen and David and Andrew Hawkey of St. Marys, who drove four hours Thursday night and showed up at the I-X Center at 11:15 a.m. for the signing that started at 6 p.m. Fifteen minutes later, they weren't alone.
``The three best linebackers in the game. Priceless,'' Dawson said.

So AJ popped the question to Ms. Quinn?

Now he'll have plenty of time to convert her to being a full-time Buckeye fan, rather that a split-jersey wearer obviously cheering for her brother's team.

Le't hope they make plenty of future Buckeyes together with those Ohio football genes.

:oh: :io:
