In spite of a goofy (unbelievable) story line and ending, the movie did hold my interest. Not a great, but a good movie.

Watched Taken 3 last night. It wasn't terrible. May have been a little better than 2. All I remember from 2 was Maggie Grace running around blowing stuff up so Liam Neeson could tell her which direction to run to come find him.


Take 3 was a actually a little more realistic. Plus it had Forrest Whitaker.

Winter's Bone - probably the best acting job Jennifer Lawrence has done

Snatch - well worth the time

Guardians of the Galaxy (again) - liked it the first time (when I was expecting a much diff flik), so much more entertaining the second time

Hell of a film. Jennifer Lawrence is excellent (I feel most of her work is meh) & Dale Dickey also deserves props.

Probably my favorite movie from Marvel & of 2014 (I also really liked Edge of Tomorrow).

Ender's Game. 6/10 (or lower) early on. 6.5 after the ending. An acceptable choice for a free recording during the free weekend of movie channels.

I know the guy is well over the hill, but it was painful to watch Harrison Ford in such a painful role.
