Remarkable film. Extremely over the top, but very well done by Tarantino. There's a reason why Leonardo DiCaprio & Christoph Waltz are both nominated for the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor and it's because they were both suberb in this. Highly recommend going to see this if you haven't already done so, but if you don't like violence or language (Specifically the N word), then this definitely isn't for you.

Decent animated flick, repackaging a few different fairy tales. Animation quality was the only thing that lived up to Pixar's standards, who normally delivers true gems (an unblemished record before Ratatouille). Rotten Tomatoes has it right at 78%. Good flick just not worthy of the praise I've heard from people I know.

Maybe I just hate the french :pBayBuck;2290137; said:I think you've expressed this sentiment before (maybe it was someone else), but you're in the extreme minority on Ratatouille (96 on RT). Maybe it gets overlooked for being more respected than loved, but I'm a big Pixar fan and that's still one of their best IMO. Some really excellent visual set-pieces and some of the most underrated voice-work in their collection.
I often forget about A Bug's Life, though it was early enough that they get away with it.BayBuck;2290140; said:"A Bug's Life" is so far down the list for me it's not even on the same page. I imagine Cars 2 is pretty bad too. Definitely some more interesting ones on the horizon...
