Saw the 2007 horror film "The Girl Next Door" this weekend. Creepy, hard to watch, and really not for the squeamish, made worse by the fact that most of that (and worse) actually happened to a poor girl in Indiana. The acting, especially by the lead girl, was really good. It can't be easy to subject yourself to those situations, even if it is acting. Most of the actual gore is implied or brief, but it is disturbing nonetheless.

I had to Google after reading your description..."Wait, that doesn't sound at ALL like the movie I remember".

Although I'm sure that one has happened to at least one Indiana girl as well....

She grew up in an Indiana town,
Had a good-lookin' mama who never was around.
But she grew up tall and she grew up right
