He's been really smart in his movie choices, IMO. I think pairing him w/ Scorsese is one of the best combos out there. Can't wait to see 'J Edgar' next month and 'The Great Gatsby' next year.NJ-Buckeye;2019680; said:
He appeared destined to go the teeny bopper route after 'Titanic', but instead picked movies like 'The Beach' and 'Celebrity'. He really hit his stride after 2002, 'Catch Me If You Can', 'Gangs of New York' and 'The Aviator' were all really interesting, kind of dark roles. Can't think of a bad flick he's been in since.

50/50-It got great reviews but I didn't see the appeal. It wasn't a bad movie but it wasn't one you remember much about once it over. It was just kind of there. It was like the movie started and then it ended with nothing in between.
