As a Vol fan i have to laugh to keep from crying. I'm not worried that we lost Lane,but it is going to do a number on our recruits,and most of them will stay within the SEC and make them even stronger.

You know, I wanted us to hire Brian Kelly,or Gary Patterson,and this is what I wound up with.

I must admit I was happy with the direction we where going as far as defensively,and recruiting,but I did see Lane do some pretty odd stuff when it came to play calling.

I can honestly say, I don't wish this on any program,unless they are doing some serious cheating like paying players with cars,homes,cash etc. Man, you guys are blessed to have a classy guy like the vest.

multiple UT mid-term enrollees and encouraged them not to attend class

Wow.

Has it even occured to ANY of those guys (Kiffin/Kiffin/Orgeron) that maybe, just maybe, some of those early enrollees might have chosen Tennessee because of Tennessee and not because of the guys recruiting them? The former coaching staff is taking sleeziness and arrogance to a whole 'nother level. That's straight-up back-stabbing the program that they "cared for so much".

And has anyone ever heard of a coach telling a player NOT to go to class?? That's gotta be a 1st...
