ESPN: Joyner adds third team to favorites

Earlier in the summer, it was rumored that Joyner was close to a decision, and was planning on making his announcement before the start of his senior season. Whether that rumor was true or false, it never came to fruition due to the circumstances surrounding Joyner. However, the St. Thomas Aquinas leader on defense now has a definite date in mind on when he will make his decision known to the country.

"It's definitely going to go down on national signing day," Joyner said.

I don't think that article or interview was done after his visit. Still interested to see where we stand following the official. Hopefully, we at least move into a tie with FSU

By Bill Greene....Talks about how great the visit was for the USC game and his relationship with the coaches on the Ohio State staff. Doesn't have any other officials planned right now because he wants to focus on school work, but plans on eventually getting to Florida State and Alabama. Plans on making his decision on signing day and Ohio State is his current leader.

Oh I agree...LJ will likely slient commit to someone, and then make it public at a singing day presser. But he could also ride it out and take more visits to UF, Bama etc. I think it will the former...

I thought it was kind of odd that he said he was really tired of the process and then said he is waiting till signing day to announce. I have no clue what it would be like to be recruited like he is but I wouuld imagine it would wear thin really quick. Good news for the recruiting sites though I guess huh. The longer top followed kids wait the better for business for them.

Also, I don't recall ever seeing Alabama on his lists but wants to make an official there. Seems like all his schools out side of OSU are south of the Dixie Line and as it is pointed out with many southern recruits if one school doesn't fit the picture...
