KyLLLLLe KaLLLLLis (traitor with a platinum sombrero)

Michigan has some work cut out for them if they'd like to land more than one St. Edward prospect. It sounds like Tyler Orlosky could be a big help with Michigan landing a few of his teammates, and they all happen to be at positions of need.

Which position, exactly, is not one of need for them?

But, but, but, I thought Kyle was headed to Michigan, as part of the package deal with the other 856 boys, who attend St. Edward High School.

That Tom VH on mgoblog thinks the offers the to 3 other of Kalis' teammates is Michigan's in to sway Kalis. MI doesn't have a committment from any of these three, but yet they(the players) are supposedly asked to work Kalis into switching. Looks like grasping from a position of extreme weakness at this point.

Kyle Kalis, St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio), 6-5/300

Recognize the Kalis name? That?s because Kyle?s father Todd Kalis had a lengthy NFL career playing on the offensive line, mostly for the Minnesota Vikings. Kyle?s no slouch either, and he told Sporting News he?s firmly committed to Ohio State despite the turmoil the program is dealing with. Kalis has an outstanding reputation as a tackle, and he?ll bring tenacity to the next level. ?When college coaches come in to watch our lifts, the main thing they come away saying, from what my head coach tells me, is how physically strong I am,? Kalis said. ?And they say how impressed they are with my high motor. When I come in to lift, I don?t just come in to get it over with and get stronger but to get better as a leader. When people watch my film they can easily see that I?m one of the nastiest linemen they?ve ever seen.?
