Yep. Kentucky had no business being a 4 seed. Should have been a 3 at worst, 2 at best. They can handle UNC.

What a day to have an off-game.

Great season bucks, thanks to the seniors and especially diebs for getting that 3 to tie it at 60 there, impressive.

I just lost half my Vbucks. Oh well.

Great year.. I thought the refs were fine in this game... It took us having our worst shooting night of the year against UK to lose by 2... bummed out, but This was a HELL of a team this season.

We shot 33%. Kentucky shot 45%. That is why we lost.

I don't understand the griping about Buford taking that last shot, there wasn't enough time for anything else once the ball was inbounded, he just happened to be the one on that side of the court.

the team got the best look possible. it just didn't go in.

It's really not as simple as that. We did not get outplayed. We shot like [Mark May] and got dooked all night by the refs. If either of those things didn't happen, we win. Not at all the same as being outplayed.

I feel really bad for Buford.

Eh...the refs used the first 9 minute sof the second half to even the foul differential, but the last 10 minutes of the game were played under even circumstances.

We lost in the last 10 minutes, and Kentucky didn't give an inch. WIt hthe exception of Diebler, all of our guys on the court batted a few eye-lashes at a team that not only wouldn't give an inch but wanted to take a few.

Harrelson and Liggins were douche-bags all night but that was the attitude they needed to win the game. And it worked.

The basketball Gods didn't look favorably on us tonight. Karma didn't favor the Bucks but Kentucky won't win the title...Sucks for Bucks fans but it is what it is...

A bad shooting night felt inevitable. I don't know why Thad didn't try to get Thomas some shots. He's the type of player who can spark an offense. We are still without a doubt the best team in the country. All it takes is one bad game.

Sometimes the better team gets outplayed, it's just how it is. The refs didn't cost us this game, scoring fewer points than Kentucky did.
