OSU has hosted some pretty big OL prospects the past few weeks, and reportedly is only looking at taking three.
The OL numbers are going to be tight in the class (even if they bump the number to four), and I can see the coaches not wanting to gamble on a kid who might not have the intangibles they are looking for.
3 seems awfully low. Not disputing your info, just seems surprising. Especially if they aren't all OT's
