If this were the initial decision being made with all this silence, or even just some shaky rumors coming from relatively no one, the silence would be warranted/better understood. This kind of situation, however, requires someone to be providing official public guidance on what's going on, in my IMO. Each day needs at least one official update saying at least that things are still moving forward, if not informing where in the process things are. Each additional couple hours/day without official word makes Kevin and the conference look worse.
