K/P Ben Buchanan (official thread)

The only one I know of is the BJ Sanders, but that is great if the other two are there. Ben will hit a 61+ yarder this year.

Central's entire game plan is centered around Ben. And when he kicks it from the 50 or further and it goes to the endzone they bring it out on the 20, which is not how it is in college. If you miss a field goal you are penalized but in high school it is as good as a punt.

Now THAT is an honor. I'm a big of fan of Ben's and I really hope to get the chance to take in a Warhawks game this season. He'll look great in the scarlet and gray. :oh:

Pat Effinger returned an interception 24 yards for a touchdown with just more than nine minutes left and host Pickerington North (3-4, 2-0) beat Westerville Central (1-6, 1-1) in the OCC Central.

Onesiaum Glass scored on 11-yard runs in the second and third quarter as the Comets took a 19-7 lead into the fourth quarter.

Byron Johann threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Justin Young as the Panthers closed to 19-13, and Effinger scored the winning touchdown on the ensuing possession.

Ben average 41.4 yards per punt, kicked an extra point and put all his kickoffs into the endzone...
