Browns vs. Jets Game #1 pre-season

Braylon Edwards....Wow!....Just wow!

The offense is starting where they left off.
Shaun Rogers has already made a difference. On a Jet's 4th and short he held his ground and the Browns stopped a QB keeper. 1st down Browns.
 
Browns stopped Jets on their first possesion. The new D-line is looking good at stuffing the run. First time the Browns touch the ball they drive down the field and score a TD. Braylon makes an amazing one handed catch in the endzone. 7-0 Browns but we are now in a weather delay. It's early but I love what I am seeing from this years team. It is obvious how much better this team is with Rogers and Stallworth making plays.

GO BROWNIES!!! WOOF, WOOF, WOOF!

I hated it too and agree wth you now. He was a pro bowler last year but he is going to make that even larger step and be considered one of the elite WR's in the NFL.

Doesn't sound like it's getting much better.. he hates Kellen Clemens, too.. Needs to give the guy a little bit of a break, considering it's the first preseason game of the year. Sheesh. He talked to Anderson, Edwards, and Favre for a couple minutes. Big deal.

Browns are looking good, though.

I was in Fort Lauderdale over the past weekend and Bernie was staying at the same resort......he walked up to the pool bar bartender and asked for an extra shot of rum for his daiquiri. Sounds like he did the same before tonight's game!!

I love Bernie, but dear God, he needs to find something else to do.

Travis Wilson sighting. I'd like to see him step up this year, especially with JJ out.

Bernie sounded the same way last year during the preseason game, I'm curious if hes consistantly drunk for games or if he just sounds that way now. Hmmm...too many shots in the head?

Brady was looking good till he lead the throw and it got tipped for an interception, the 2nd string line play has been horrible though with 2 penalities alone on that same series

Excellent work by the receivers and backs on that series, lots of great 2nd efforts after the catch and initial hits.
