I had the honor of meeting a former Heisman winning, and high draft pick Buckeye at the hotel I was working at in Indy a few years back. He said it was "an honor" and "amazing" to see fans wearing his jersey or any for the university. I also met a 2 time Heisman winning RB who took a photo with grown man(wearing his jersey)because, "I liked the jersey the guy had on"

I never forgot that.

So what would be appropriate in your eyes for a fan to wear to a game? I guess if an OSU fan didn't attend OSU they shouldn't wear OSU apparel either then?

When it comes down to it, who cares about the opinion of a few. If you want to wear a jerseys than wear it! Millions of fans do it every weekend, and it won't be stopping anytime soon. Bloomington is probably already filled with scarlet and white OSU jerseys as we're writing. I for one will be wearing my road Troy Smith jersey when im watching OSU at home and then when the family and I head over to Oktoberfest. And I have no problem wearing it. And I plan on buying a black Braxton Miller jersey for my collection, and I love the aliexpress site like many of you do as well, as I purchased an EzE Title game jersey and a Cris Carter jersey from the site. Those who wear the will continue, those that don't, will not. It is what it is

Only those who put in the blood and sweat to wear that uniform should get to.
