Nike, the equipment people, the athletic department. I don't think the coaches give a shit about the jerseys so long as their's are different than the other team's.

On the other hand, Oregon's baseball unis over the past couple of years have been pretty sweet. I think most of what Oregon does is pretty cool, I just think they jumped the shark on this one
