wasn’t FSU his dream school and basically they visited 4 times and got treated like just some dude because they thought he was a lock? Was always concerned about the late FSU visit...
Lets see where it stands when we start hot and FSU is struggling for 500
Frankly, Knighton might be FSU's best bet to have a successful running game. He's a smaller back with a low center of gravity, power, and speed.
If your O-line can't open up holes ... the next best thing is a RB small enough to hide from a defense who has the ability to bounce the ball outside and slime his way through cracks for yards.
He's a stud, and one I was actually more giddy for than Robinson ... who I feel still has to prove he can run between the tackles at the next level against elite speed LBers and Safeties who will actually make an attempt to tackle him.
But If Knighton goes to FSU and Ohio State ends up with a guy like Smith, both programs might be getting the back they really needed in the first place.
Wish the kid nothing but luck. Absolutely love the attitude he plays with. His highlights are fun to watch.
I echo the same sentiment, he was the one I wanted the most out of the class, he would have DESTROYED the B1G. Hopes he has a change of heart, if not good luck to him.
Funny how recruiting makes fans forget about the players currently on the roster. I’m not denying Knighton being good, but you’re forgetting all about Khalon Laborn, who if he healthy forces Knighton to probably redshirt, and Cam Akers is still at Free Shoes.Frankly, Knighton might be FSU's best bet to have a successful running game.
