By Simmons...has taken officials to LSU and Alabama...also wants to visit Auburn, Ohio State, Stanford and Florida State...says OSU was in the running before JT stepped down but is giving them another chance because of UFM...Alabama is high on his list being the home state school.
"I'm going into podiatry," Winston said. "At Miami, you can take classes in undergraduate school, but you still have to go to medical school."
He's gone at the end of the year, so January 15th they will find that he needs to be kicked out of FSU due to their high standards. Got to first see if he can win them another title.Florida State investigating 2012 Jameis Winston incident
This new investigation cannot lead to criminal charges, but if Winston were to be found guilty of a serious violation of Florida State’s student conduct code, it could spell the end of his college football career...

Finally she has a title ix attorney.Re: Title IX suggests a school's investigation into any report of sexual misconduct should be completed within 60 days, but Florida State did not meet with Winston until January 2014, which was more than a year after the alleged assault. If that is true they should prosecute (or at least discipline) the FSU officials responsible.

They're toothless and they know it. At this point, trying to guess when/where they'll get involved in anything is akin to trying to wrestle a jelly donut out of Brady Hoke's fat, sweaty hands.
There are actually no records in this case. That's the genius of it.Is FSU not subject to FOIA? Wasn't that half the issue with Miami, they don't have to show anything... whereas Ohio State can't hide.
