Terrance "bitch tits" Cody ran a 5.7

Tom Brady ran a 5.28 and is, I believe, the record holder for slowest ever QB 40 time

I'd say with the fat pics, suspected bum shoulder, and slow 40 times...on top of the character issues...Jameis is a prime candidate for the nearly annual Aaron Rodgers, Brady Quinn, Jimmy Clausen, Johhny Goodtimes "free-fallin', here's your private room" award.

One unnamed scout is not so certain. Via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Bob McGinn:
